  • Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.

Change-of-mind returns

Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned for a change of mind within 14 days of delivery, unworn, with tags and original packaging. Start the return from your order, send it back to the maker with tracking, and you’re refunded the item price once they receive it. Return postage is paid by you, and original shipping isn’t refunded. Made-to-order and custom pieces are made after you buy, and one-of-ones are the only one there is, so they can’t be returned for a change of mind. Please check the size guide or ask the maker before ordering.

  1. 1On your order, choose ‘Return this piece’ within 14 days of delivery.
  2. 2Post it back to the maker with tracking within 7 days, unworn, with tags and original packaging.
  3. 3The maker confirms it’s arrived, and you’re refunded the item price to how you paid. Original shipping isn’t refunded.

If something's wrong

If your piece arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't as described, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos. The maker will repair, replace or refund it. For custom pieces made to your measurements, the maker will first alter it to fit what was agreed.

Custom pieces

Your measurements are saved with your order. If the finished piece doesn’t match them, the maker will alter it at no cost. If an alteration can’t fix it, they’ll remake it or refund you.

What counts as a problem

  • faulty or damaged on arrival;
  • wrong item, size or colour sent;
  • noticeably different from the photos or description;
  • a custom piece that doesn’t match the agreed measurements.

What isn’t covered

  • a change of mind on a made-to-order, custom or one-of-one piece;
  • the wrong standard size on a made-to-order or one-of-one piece (a ready-to-ship piece can be returned instead);
  • normal wear after use;
  • small variations that are part of handmade work and were shown in the listing.

How it works

  1. 1Report it within 7 days with photos.
  2. 2The maker replies within 2 business days.
  3. 3Repair, replacement or refund — and if you can’t agree, One Off steps in.

This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
